A tray icon to easily change the sound volume with the mouse wheel.
Scroll up/down to raise/lower the volume. Left click to launch your favorite mixer. Middle click to toggle mute.
VolWheel can also work as a command line tool to bound with your keyboard's multimedia keys.
VolWheel is an interface to amixer, and thus only works on ALSA systems. It tries to stay lightweight in order to integrate with minimal desktops.
Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.10.x.
Other dependencies include:
Perl 5 with its Gtk2 and Gtk2-tray-icon modules, alsa-utils, gnome-icon-theme.
